Would you like to make a real difference to children of separated parents? Come and join our friendly team at Littlehampton Child Contact Centre where we aim to provide a safe space for children to meet their non-resident parent.
You will be required to set up a large playroom, keep an eye on parental contact, and clear away at the end of the morning which runs from 9am to 12.30pm at Littlehampton Baptist Church Hall on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month.
Could you be part of our fantastic team? We would love to welcome you. Two references and DBS check will be required.
What skills do I need?
- Cheerful and reassuring
- Able to understand issues that affect separated families
- Able to build relationships whilst remaining impartial
- Able to deal with difficult situations and parents under stress
- Prepared to work as part of a team where people exchange information and support one another
- Be prepared to follow policies and guidelines in relation to confidentiality, safeguarding, equal opportunities, etc

1st and/or 3rd Saturday mornings (9am to 12.30pm) of each month for contact sessions. Will also be required to attend training sessions (morning only) which are held when there is a 5th Saturday in a month.
