We are looking for a new Coordinator to support Readers in the Chichester and Bognor Regis area.
As a Read Easy Coordinator, you will be meeting and enrolling adults who want to learn to read.
You will also be involved in interviewing volunteer Reading Coaches with a member of the Management Team.
You will then pair Reading Coaches with new Readers and offer ongoing support throughout their reading journey, visiting their reading sessions occasionally and maintaining support through regular calls with both Reader and Coach to check all is going well.

- Good communication and people skills
- Ability to use your initiative and work independently
- Awareness of the need for confidentiality and the importance of safeguarding issues
- Reasonable confidence using IT
- Energy and enthusiasm
