We are looking for a lively, social, volunteer who would love to advertise our activities (and new ideas) and encourage new people to join our friendly and welcoming LGBTQ+ social group, as well as taking part in the activities themselves. We meet weekly on a Friday evening to chat, listen to the occasional speaker, or play traditional games (e.g. board games or cards). We also run other activities according to the group members' agreement (e.g. Rambles, Theatre, Days Out, Holidays, etc.).
Refreshments are free and we also eat cake.
We provide a safe space to meet on a weekly basis (Friday evening 7.30 at Geddes Place, Bexleyheath). We also run a Zoom session on Thursdays at 7.30. This is a friendly and welcoming inclusive group and we would love a volunteer to help us to grow the group and make it even better.
