Volunteer required to help with surveillance in our shop. Monitoring our CCTV system, providing a presence within our shop and using walkie talkie to communicate any concerns to management.
This is a completely non-confrontational role and volunteers are not expected to approach shoplifters.
What skills do I need?
Patience
Good observational skills
Ability to provide accurate and detailed information
Ability to use IT and communication equipment.
