Would you like to be part of a small supportive grassroots group who together want to make a tangible difference to the local community and environment within Coldean. 

Join the Coldean Community Organisation where we offer a safe space for all, with surplus food, community pantry and community cafe. You will be supporting with general administration and could be involved in all or some of the following based on your interest:

• Managing incoming emails and phone calls
• Assisting with monitoring and recording stock levels for the cafe and surplus food, noting when items need reordering
• Filing and organising simple documents related to the cafe and surplus food operations
• Assisting in searching for potential funding sources
• Helping with fundraising events and activities

Induction and training will be provided for all admin procedures. 

Practical Considerations

• The hours you offer can fit around your other commitments and what best suits you.
• Located directly on the bus route for an easy commute.
