Amaze is looking for enthusiastic people to volunteer during the Story Trail as drivers and logistics support.

The Story Trail is an interactive sculpture trail, taking place in Brighton & Hove between September and November 2026. The Story Trail is raising funds for Amaze, your local charity supporting families with disabled children.

Our volunteer drivers and logistics support will help transport and move equipment, including sculptures, during events and activities before, during and after the trail.

What you’ll do as a driver / logistics support volunteer

As a driver, you will:

• support transport events equipment and sculptures to events
• help set up equipment for events
• support with installation and deinstallation of sculptures as required.

Practical Considerations

To be a driver and logistics support volunteer, you need to have a full, clean drivers licence, have access to a car or van, and be physically able to lift and carry.

Please note, Amaze does not provide motor insurance for volunteers using their own vehicles. Volunteers are advised to inform their insurer that they may use their vehicle for travel related to their volunteering.

• reliable – attending the shifts you’ve signed up for
• friendly – a positive attitude when greeting visitors
• team players – a willingness to work together in a team.
