We're looking for a confident, engaging host to lead Elevate Voices, a new video podcast bringing together people from different backgrounds to explore the issues affecting our communities. Our mission is to create understanding—not arguments.
You'll welcome guests, guide meaningful conversations, ask thoughtful questions and help create a respectful, engaging atmosphere.
What skills do I need?
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has a warm, engaging on-camera presence.
- Is naturally curious and enjoys meeting people from different backgrounds.
- Can remain balanced and impartial during discussions.
- Is an excellent listener.
- Thinks critically and asks thoughtful questions.
- Is reliable, organised and committed.
- Is passionate about bringing communities together through conversation.
- Previous hosting or presenting experience is welcomed but not essential. Training and support will be provided for the right person.
- Desirable Experience
- Podcast, radio or presenting experience.
- Interviewing or public speaking.
- Community engagement.
- Journalism or storytelling.
- Content creation or social media.
