At Safe Steps, it is important to us to get out into the community, get to know residents and inform them about our services. One of the ways we do this is by regularly attending and running a stall at different community events throughout the year.
From our stall, we welcome visitors and talk to them about what we do, handing out posters and flyers, and offer some sort of free activity such as bracelet making to entertain children, young people and adults alike!
Role Purpose:
Attend and support running our stall, this will include speaking to the community about Safe Steps.
Key tasks:
• Handing out posters and flyers
• Setting up Safe Steps stand
• To talk about our organisation and what we offer
• Support in delivering an activity
