We are looking for reception volunteers to join our dedicated team. Our volunteers play a vital role within the charity and through their help we are able to continue to serve people struggling on a low income.

The reception role is designed for those who enjoy interacting with customers and offering a high level of customer service.

You will be working in a small friendly team. As a receptionist you will be meeting and greeting customers. A high level of customer service skills and friendly manner is essential. Neat handwriting, and learning various in depth procedures in customer sales and registering customers are required. The ability to work calmly and methodically during busy times is essential.

What skills do I need?

Basic numeracy and literacy and neat hand writing are required, a friendly manner is essential alongside good communication skills and an aptitude for precision. IT skills are useful but not essential
