We are looking for people who are well-organised, friendly and polite and who possess basic I.T. skills to join us as volunteer Community Information Centre receptionists.
Task Details:
Meet and greet visitors to the centre. Assist with enquiries in person and on the telephone and signpost visitors to the relevant service.
Ensure all visitors sign the (fire) register when entering and leaving.
Ensure reception and the centre is kept clean and tidy
Check daily hire sheet for room hirers and check their needs are met.
Ensure reception is manned at all times
What skills do I need?
Well-organised, friendly and polite with basic IT skills.
Good communication skills
Polite telephone manner
Non Judgemental attitude
