Volunteer Trustee

As a Trustee, your role will involve overseeing Cool to be Kind’s affairs to ensure its sustainability and alignment with its objectives.
You will be responsible for the organisation’s overall governance, strategic direction, and the development of its aims, objectives, and goals in compliance with company guidelines and legal regulations. You would require access to a computer and WIFI as these would not be provided.
What skills do I need?
We are looking for someone who can commit to Cool to be Kind and would be willing to devote the necessary time and effort it would take for us to realise our goals.
You should be creative, have good independent judgement and work well as a member of a team. You must have good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
We need you to have an understanding and acceptance of the legal duties, responsibilities and liabilities of trusteeship.
An experience of committee work would be preferred.

Immediate Vacancy.
Physical attendance once a year at Annual General Meeting is required. Attendance (online or in person) required at Special General Meetings; these meetings would be more flexible. Relevant hours per week required to develop aims, objectives and strategy but these hours can be fitted around your everyday life and will vary from week to week.
