Are you looking for a fun and rewarding way to give back this summer?
We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help out at several fantastic community events across Essex!
We need friendly, reliable people to assist with setting up and taking down our gazebo and stand at the beginning and end of each event (approx. 1 hour at the start and 1 hour at the end).
Event Dates & Locations:
- 06/07/2025 (Sun) | 9am – 5:30pm – Summerfest, Billericay
- 20/07/2025 (Sun) | 11am – 4:30pm – Summer Fayre, Broomfield
- 26/07/2025 (Sat) | 8:30am – 5:30pm – Summer Carnival, Basildon & Pitsea
- 15/08/2025 (Fri) | 8:30am – 5:30pm – UFest, Maldon
- 06/09/2025 (Sat) | 8am – 6pm – Basildon Pride, Basildon
Travel expenses will be covered.
You’re welcome to stay and enjoy the events during the day, but only help is needed at the start and end.
What skills do I need?
Reliable, friendly, happy to get stuck in maneuvering gazebos (a degree of physicality is involved)
