Do you enjoy sport and keeping fit? SFHT is seeking Volunteer help with a wide range of sports & leisure activities, provided by its Aspire Day Opportunities. These include: Swimming, bowling, snooker, horse - riding, cycling, gym and walking. If you are enthusiastic about helping people with a learning disability to lead a more active and healthy lifestyle – this could be the perfect opportunity for you – it would also be a fun and meaningful way to spend your spare time!

Any skills and interests useful. Patient, kind, caring and friendly approach - together with sense of humour helpful!
