At the heart of Good Neighbours, befrienders at Hayling Voluntary Services are giving their time to visit local people for a friendly chat . These visits can prevent people from becoming lonely and isolated and make a real difference to their lives.
Do you want to be involved in something meaningful but don't want to feel over committed? The best kept secret is that the time you give is flexible. Befriending fits around your life, work, family commitments, including time out for holidays and leisure.
