Hello! We're looking for a reliable person to join our community lunch volunteer team to take the lead.

Our volunteers need someone who is good with timings (no one likes a burnt chip!) and is happy to have helpers.

We cook a two-course easy meal, such as spaghetti bolognese with garlic bread, and fruit and icecream, or a chicken burger with chips and peas, and cake and custard. 

Our community lunch is served at 12pm-1pm every Wednesday for around 40 people, so we're looking for someone available 10am for prep and cooking, until 1.30pm when the washing up is cleared away.

Our community is made up of a diverse group of people, full of fun and always ready to chat, so being friendly and sociable is a big plus!

Pavilion on the Park is an active, flourishing part of the Eastleigh community, with over 5,000 visitors for activities, classes, meetings and parties each week.

What skills do I need?

We are looking for someone:

• With good time-management skills
• Reliability
• Good at working with others
• Happy to take the lead
• Confident at cooking basic meals for around 40 people
