Creatful CIC is now in its fourth year, having grown from strength to strength as we continue to bring creativity and connection to our community. Since 2021, we have delivered thousands of creative events, engaging and inspiring thousands of people of all ages and backgrounds. Our work is driven by a passion for inclusivity, sustainability, and empowerment—ensuring that creativity is accessible to everyone.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic volunteer to work closely with our Founding Director and Creative Lead, Nancy Fellows, in supporting a wide range of business activities. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a thriving creative social enterprise, learning the ins and outs of community engagement, event coordination, and sustainable business development.

The role will involve assisting with administrative tasks, supporting creative projects, and contributing to the overall growth and impact of Creatful. It’s a chance to develop valuable skills in social entrepreneurship, collaborate with local partners, and make a tangible difference in our vibrant community.

What skills do I need?

• • Role would be flexible to suit your skill set and learning desires. Lots of flexibility in when and where you can provide support form working from home to supporting and events in the Havant borough and surrunding areas. 
  • Organization & Time Management – Ability to support business activities efficiently 
    
  • Communication & Collaboration – Comfortable working alongside leadership and engaging with community members.
    
  • Creativity & Adaptability – Willingness to contribute to creative projects and problem-solving.
    
  • Administrative Support – Basic understanding of scheduling, data entry, and managing business tasks.
    
  • Event Coordination – Helping plan and assist in the delivery of workshops and community events.
    
  • Social Media & Marketing – Supporting outreach, storytelling, and engagement with audiences.
