The Basingstoke MS are a friendly and inclusive group that meet once a week at Popley Fields Community Centre on a Wednesday between 11am and 1pm. We are looking for volunteers who would be able to assist in making these gatherings run like clockwork and make all attendees feel welcome. You might be putting out chairs, making tea, cutting the cake, helping to organise some activities or just sitting and chatting to some of the members. We are looking for volunteers who would be able to commit to the full session on a Wednesday.
What skills do I need?
There are no specific skills for this role, you need to be friendly, a good communicator and happy to just get stuck in to whatever is needed to be done at the time.
You will receive full support and training if required.
