Our mission is to provide Peer support, information and empowerment to all people who are affected by ADHD. We aim to create an inclusive and safe space where people can be their true selves without masking.

We believe that everyone deserves respect, acceptance and understanding.

ADHD & U are a community group that started in July 2023 to provide peer support, information and guidance to adults who are affected by ADHD with or without a diagnosis as well as partners, carers and parents of young people with ADHD. We do this through FB, virtual peer support group and face to face groups. We currently have a virtual group that meets weekly except on the week of the face to face hub.

Monthly Peer Support Hub - Third Tuesday of the month 18:30 - 21:30pm 

These groups are for members only 18+ living in the Gosport and surrounding areas.
We are looking for a group volunteer to help facilitate these meetings, help with setting up, packing down and general support through out the drop-ins.
