Are you confident answering the telephone, dealing with paperwork, and using a PC?
We are looking for administration / customer service volunteer. With lots of support from the shop team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with any enquiries, arranging collections for donations and explaining our Gift Aid scheme. You will also be using our online collections system to help organise our van teams.
Ideally volunteering for a morning or afternoon a week.
What skills do I need?
Full
training is provided, and all that’s needed is a curious and friendly attitude
and the ability to work as part of a team.
Volunteers must be 16+.

Shop opening times - Monday - Saturday 9.30am-5.30pm Sunday 10am-4pm. The admin role is mainly Monday-Friday.
