Willow Almshouses are four almshouse properties in Petersfield. The remit for PASRIN is the distribution of modest grants to assist local people in need. These two small local charities share trustees.
We are looking for an interested volunteer with basic admin skills who would be able to help with some secretarial/clerking tasks, mainly minute taking at meetings (usually twice-yearly on a weekday in the spring and autumn) and dealing with occasional correspondence (with input from trustees), while keeping an eye on our inbox, forwarding messages to trustees. Business is often conducted via email communication.
It's estimated that this commitment would be 1hr to 90 mins a week; some weeks, this would be far less, and occasionally (e.g. when meetings are held) it would be a bit more.
