We are looking for an eBay volunteer to assist the charity shop managers with loading and posting items to our e-commerce channels.

If you have knowledge and experience of eBay/Depop/Amazon and have good communication and IT skills we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing :

·         Assisting the Online Sales Team to fulfil orders and list items online

·         Picking items from our stock system that have been sold

·         Packing items for dispatch – this can sometimes involve heavy lifting

·         Labelling up parcels for correct dispatch methods

·         Smartphone photography of items

·         Updating online listings with photography

·         Any other reasonable duties designated by the Shop Manager/Online Sales Coordinator

This opportunity is a great way to make new friends and be involved in your local community. We have shifts available 7 days a week.

What skills do I need?

·         Mobile and active as some moving of goods is required

·         Reliable and calm

·         Flexible and adaptable

·         Good communication skills

·         IT skills

·         Ecommerce knowledge and experience is desirable, but not essential
