As a Health and Wellness Workshop Volunteer you will support our teams to support educational and preventative wellbeing workshops focused on healthy lifestyles, emotional wellbeing, self-care, and community resilience.

Your main tasks will be: - 

• Assist workshop facilitators during health and wellbeing sessions

• Welcome participants and provide practical support

• Support group engagement and participation

• Help distribute resources and information

• Promote a respectful and inclusive environment 

Flexible weekday availability preferred. Volunteers may support sessions across Rainham and other Havering community venues.

What skills do I need?

You will need the following skills for this role:

Good communication skills

Enthusiasm for community wellbeing

Confidence when supporting group activities.
