Do you have time to spare to help us deliver a free weekly 5k run event at 9am every Saturday morning at Harrow Lodge PArk .
We are looking for volunteer Marshals, timekeepers and bar-code scanners.
You Just need to come along on a Saturday morning, enjoy the fresh air, cheer on the runners and make some new friends!
