Wellgate Community Farm exists as a focus for community, creating an opportunity for people to grow, make a positive contribution and promote social cohesion.

We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive place for individuals and groups to develop emotionally, socially, physically and spiritually within a working farm environment through opportunities.

What skills do I need?

We are looking for individuals to assist with general shop duties at our farm. 

Duties will involve making teas, coffees as well as selling snacks to the general public.

Previous Shop experience would be an advantage but not necessary.
