We’re looking for volunteers to review experiences, share feedback and help make our hospitals better places to receive care.
Anyone can become a PLACE assessor - you don’t need any qualifications or experience and we will provide training to help you perform the role.
Previous assessors includes former patients, their relatives and local residents.
As a Patient Assessor you will: -
- Visit Clinical and non-clinical areas
- Observe a meal service, taste and assess patient food
- Work with other patient assessors and a Trust lead
- Use NHS guidance to provide valuable feedback
Please note: - to carry out this role you must not be an employee of the Trust or have worked for us in the past two years.
Free car parking is available and Lunch and Refreshments are also provided
What skills do I need?
Good communication skills are required for this role.
