Who Are We?
The Southwater Neighbourhood Wardens are looking for responsible adult volunteers to help supervise our brand-new Dungeons & Dragons Club for local youth.
While our Dungeon Masters lead the storytelling, we need adult supervisors to provide a supportive presence, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
The Role
- Support: Oversee sessions to ensure players (aged 12+) stay on track and follow club rules.
- Safeguarding: Act as the designated adult lead, adhering to West Sussex County Council Safeguarding Policies.
- Facilitation: Help with session setup/pack-down and manage any non-gameplay needs.
- No D&D Experience Required: You just need to be great with young people!
- Make a meaningful impact on the social lives of local teenagers.
- Support a unique community project that builds creativity and teamwork.
- Enjoy a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere.

Ability to help to provide a supportive presence, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
