The Company Secretary role is to manage the administration of Newcastle Cricket Club. (CIC).

• They could be a combination of board member and or director, of Newcastle Cricket Club (CIC).
  
• Be the focal point for communication to, from and within Newcastle Cricket Club.
• Maintains records of the board and ensures effective management of Clubs administrative records.
• With the Chair and other Board members create agenda for monthly Directors meetings and distribute agenda and relevant papers prior to the meeting.
• Manages minutes of board meetings. Ensures minutes are distributed to Directors shortly after each monthly meeting.
• The above list of tasks is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope the role.
