Event Volunteer
You will be redirected to the Community Action Northants website to express your interest.
To support the smooth running of Rothwell Town Council health and wellbeing events by assisting with set-up, welcoming attendees, providing information, and helping ensure a positive and safe experience for all participants. Key Responsibilities • Greet and direct guests upon arrival. • Assist with event set-up and pack-down (tables, chairs, signage, decorations). • Provide information about the event schedule, facilities, and activities. • Support activity areas, workshops, or stalls as needed. • Help manage any queues and maintain a safe, friendly environment. • Distribute materials such as programmes, flyers, or refreshments. • Report any issues or concerns to the event coordinator promptly.

• Friendly, approachable, and reliable. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work as part of a team. • Flexible and willing to help where needed.
