In this role, you will help us connect with our local community, promote our farm-based educational programs, and raise awareness about wildlife conservation. If you love storytelling, have a knack for digital content, and are passionate about sustainable food and nature, we want you on our team.
What You’ll Be Doing

Drafting, designing, and scheduling engaging posts for our main social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) using our provided photography.
Engaging with our online community by responding to comments and helping answer basic inquiries.
Assisting in the creation of digital flyers, newsletters, or blog posts to promote upcoming volunteer days, workshops, and farm news.
Brainstorming new ways to grow our online audience and reach more people in the local area.
What’s In It For You?
Practical, hands-on experience in digital marketing and community management.
A fantastic portfolio-building opportunity for students or those looking to pivot into marketing.
The chance to spend time outdoors in a beautiful, relaxing farm environment.
The rewarding feeling of making a tangible difference for a local social enterprise.
You can largely carry out work from home and flexible hours.
Familiarity with major social media platforms and general best practices.
Strong written communication skills with a friendly, welcoming tone.
An eye for visual storytelling and basic graphic design skills (experience with tools like Canva is a big plus).
A proactive, creative mindset and the ability to work independently or collaborate with our farm team.
A genuine interest in agriculture, the environment, and community wellbeing.

This post is very flexible. You can come to the farm when you want; generally Tuesday and Friday mornings are when you will find other people around. We would not expect you to come more than once a month, but you are welcome more often if you like. You can carry out most of the work from home, liaising with the team online
