The Friary’s Wellbeing Project takes place at our allotment site in West Bridgford. It is a way for people we support to access a safe space in nature and engage in social and creative activities.

Our project includes group game sessions, as well as cooking and gardening. We also have art and craft supplies which our visitors are free to use. We offer an environment where our visitors can choose to do their own projects or join in with the group activity planned for the day. We also provide hot drinks and snacks at each session.

It’s a huge help to our team to have an extra pair of hands at any of our groups! We are very grateful for volunteers that come along, as our groups are often well turned out.
