One Off Micro Task - Share Your Volunteering Story

Have you volunteered or are you currently volunteering in Portsmouth or surrounding areas? We'd love to hear from you. 

We're looking for current and former volunteers to take part in short volunteer case studies, sharing how volunteering has made a difference in their lives. Your story will help inspire others to volunteer and show the real impact volunteering has on individuals and communities. As well as showcasing the charity/organisation you volunteered for. 

You don't need writing experience - just your honest experience.  

What Taking Part Involves

Sharing your volunteering story via: 

- an online form

- a photo chat

- or email 

Answering simple questions about: 

- who you volunteered for

- what you did and for how long

- how volunteering helped you (e.g. confidence, wellbeing, social life, skills, work etc)

Providing a photo if you're happy to (optional)

Who Can Take Part?

This is open to anyone who has volunteered in Portsmouth or surrounding areas, including:

- recent or long-term volunteers 

- past volunteers 

- people who volunteered as part of recovery, career change etc

You can take part anonymously or using your first name only if you wish.
