One Off Role - Care Home Christmas Cards Appeal 2026!

Let’s Spread Some Christmas Cheer Across Portsmouth!

Would you like to spread some Christmas joy by writing Christmas cards for Portsmouth Care Home Residents? 

We are looking for volunteers to write Christmas cards for us to distribute to Care Homes across the city.  The cards will be given to residents who would otherwise receive very few or no Christmas cards.  Your kind gesture will make a world of difference and really brighten up their festive season.  

All you need to do is register your interest and we will send you out email updates with full details and lists of residents names.  All cards will need to be dropped off to as at Portsmouth Central Library please as, unfortunately, we are not able to collect them.  Cards can be shop bought or home made.  

Let’s come together to make sure no one feels forgotten this Christmas. 

The cut off date for us to receive your donations is Tuesday 1st December, but the earlier you are able to drop them in the better.
