Receptionist
You will be redirected to the Community CVS website to express your interest.
Supporting the reception at Preston Community Transport. We are looking for friendly faces, to greet and interact with our service users in our building. Alongside supporting the organisations work, and helping with day trips and shop mobility sales. We are open from 9:30am - 4:00pm, and any support during these hours for a morning or afternoon would really help us.
The role would include support with:
- Managing bookings made vita telephone, and keeping a record of this.
- Carry out assigned tasks to assist the organisation with its charitable objectives
- Keep accurate records.
- Health and safety
- Handling requests and complaints in a friendly listening maner.
- Being adaptable to help in other ways should we need the support.
What skills do I need?
A friendly welcoming face, to our service users and customers.
Being confident using the telephone alongside interacting in person.
Handling feedback and complaints.
Engaging with the public
Helping with shop mobility sales.
Being adaptable to other support which we may need.
