Purpose of the role

Help us turn donated treasures into vital funds!

Are you a savvy online shopper with a keen eye for detail? Do you love the buzz of a “Sold!” notification? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised volunteer to support our online selling platforms and help maximise income for our cause. Or maybe you have a special interest?

We’d love to hear from you if you have knowledge in areas like books, stamps, coins, collectibles, or other niche items your expertise could help unlock hidden value in our donations.

Main Responsibilities

• Researching: Identifying unique or high-value items and finding their market value.

• Photography: Taking clear, appealing photos of clothing, collectibles, and homeware.

• Listing: Writing engaging descriptions and managing the end-to-end listing process.

• Dispatch: Carefully packaging items and preparing them for postage.

What skills do I need?

Skills and Qualities Needed

• Friendly, approachable, and willing to help.

• Reliable and flexible.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Honest and trustworthy.

• Familiarity with the eBay platform (training provided).

• Basic photography skills.

• Great written communication and attention to detail.

• A few hours a week to spare (flexible timings).
