Just a Helping Hand supports those who are homeless and vulnerable. We'd really appreciate volunteers who can help to raise awareness of Just a Helping Hand and support our fundraising initiatives, whether that be supporting regularly every week or on an ad-hoc basis for events throughout the year. Volunteers will support with a range of tasks including:
- Supporting our fundraising events
- Sorting through donations and preparing items for sale at clothing events
- Serving refreshments during social and fundraising events
- Setting up and running promotional stalls
We don't expect you to commit to all events, but any support will make a difference.
What skills do I need?
No specific skills required but we particularly welcome reliable volunteers who are willing to tackle a range of jobs
