Citizens Advice Esher & District is seeking an enthusiastic volunteer to help us raise vital funds for our important service.
If you're a good communicator and would like to boost your skills in this type of work, then we would love to hear from you.
Activities will include:
Researching potential funding opportunities
Helping to prepare grant applications
Preparing monitoring reports for current funders
Organising fundraising events
Creating appealing fundraising materials
Sharing our fundraising content on social media
What skills do I need?
You'll receive support to develop skills in the role, but you should be able to demonstrate that you can:
Communicate with a range of audiences
Collect data from a range of areas
Understand, summarise and present data in a range of formats
Write accurately and clearly to produce reports
Use a range of software programmes competently
Learn to use social media platforms
