We are looking for volunteers with cars, who can pick up surplus food from retailers in Esher or Claygate, then deliver to Lower Green Community Centre in Esher.
A pick up and delivery usually takes half an hour in the morning, and can involve lifting of crates.
Even if you could spare half a hour one morning a week it would help us provide surplus food to the wider community. You are welcome to stay for a cuppa and a chat!
What skills do I need?
Availability of car and ability to lift crates, although we can assist when the drop off is made at the centre.

Pick ups happen 4 mornings a week but we have a pool of volunteers so usually volunteers do 1 pick up a week.
