This is a great opportunity to be part of an amazing, well established local charitable organisation.

The Fundraising Coordinator will lead a small and dedicated team of volunteers to provide the necessary vision, leadership and fundraising skills which will enable the group to achieve its fundraising targets.

  • The Fundraising Coordinator's responsibilities will include:
  • Organising events to raise money for the group.
  • Researching and identifying potential donors.
  • Maintaining donor records to ensure they're accurate and up-to-date.
  • Utilising online fundraising platforms such as JustGiving, Easyfundraising etc. to raise donations.
  • Developing marketing strategies for events to ensure that each event is successful and meets its fundraising goals.
  • Coordinating and training event volunteers.
  • Communicating with the Chair and Trustees to ensure that fundraising goals are met.
  • Preparing reports on donor activity for the Trustees.

Ideally the Fundraising Coordinator would also become a Trustee of the Group, however this is not an essential requirement of the role.

Full support will be provided by the Trustees of the Group and the small team of volunteers currently involved with fundraising activities.

This is an immediate and urgent requirement.
