As an Activity Assistant, you will be supporting the team to run various activities from Bingo, Quiz, Curling and Card Making. The activities will run Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and Friday afternoons 1.30 – 4.00pm
Main tasks:
• Set up the hall with moving chairs and tables
• Take payment for activities
• Lead activities (Bingo, Curling, Quiz, Card Making)
• Help tidy away at the end of sessions
What skills do I need?
We are looking for people who are:
• Good at communication and listening
• Friendly and patient
• Able to comply with health and safety requirements
• Professional in manner
• Keen on working in a team
• Able to maintain confidentiality but alert the leader if they have any concerns about a client
