Booking Office Clerks are the primary interface with our customers. You will be the one of the first people they encounter and will help shape their experience. This vital role will appeal to those who like interacting with others.
What does a Booking Office Clerk do?
• Welcome visitors to the railway on their arrival
• Sell tickets to visitors using our EPOS system
• Answer questions and help our visitors navigate our railway
What skills do I need?
No prior knowledge of the railway required
Good people and communication skills a bonus!
