Room Steward - Nymans Estate

Nymans has fascinating stories to be unveiled and now is the perfect time to join the team. You will help bring Nymans to life for our visitors by telling the stories of the Messel family. We are particularly looking for people who are available at weekends.
What's involved? • Welcoming visitors to the house and sharing information. • Being aware of arrangements for the differing needs of visitors, including children, and offering help where necessary • Be aware of emergency procedures and any health and safety issues. • Reporting any concerns about the collection or interiors of the house to the House team as appropriate. • Learning about our vision, places and stories so you can tell people about us and encourage them to get involved in our work
What skills do I need?
A person with an enthusiastic and friendly manner, enjoys meeting people and like working as part of a team.
