We are a local charity, part of a national and International housing organization, operating in North Essex. We currently provide 166 studios and flats for elderly residents in our area. These are available for rent, whether local authority sponsored or private, part owned or outright owned. Residents must be at least 55 years old. We provide on site care as required either from our own care staff or by way of agency care. There is also 24 hour emergency care support.
