Age Concern Hampshire provides a wide range of services offering care and support to improve the quality of life for local people aged 50 and over. - Care and Wellbeing Centres around the county for physically and/or mentally frail older people. - Information Service on a free phone number for people over 50, their family, friends and carers. - Village Agents and home visitors providing help for people to find the services they need and to increase their social activities. - Computer centres offering one-to-one tuition for people over 50 with little or no knowledge or experience of using a computer. - Foot Health Clinics. - Hospital to Home service in four community hospitals. - Basingstoke area: weekly activities and community cafe.
