Alisar Prospects Training CIC delivers a wide range of community-focused training, employability, and wellbeing activities designed to support individuals into education, employment, and improved quality of life. Our services include ESOL courses from entry to intermediate levels, accredited vocational training in sectors such as health and social care, customer service, and early years, as well as comprehensive employability programmes covering CV writing, interview preparation, job search support, and personalised career planning. We also provide digital skills training, community outreach and engagement through the GLA programme, and advocacy and advice to help individuals navigate services and overcome barriers. In addition, we run women’s empowerment and wellbeing initiatives, support volunteer development by recruiting and training individuals to gain experience and contribute to community projects, and work in partnership with employers, local authorities, and community organisations to deliver collaborative programmes that enhance skills, employability, and local community growth.
