Brainkind Neurological Centre – Lancashire Our residential neurological centre – Lancashire is a purpose-built, neurological care centre based in Fulwood, Preston, providing specialist neurological rehabilitation care and support. We support people to thrive after an acquired brain injury and/or a range of other neurological conditions such as Huntington’s disease, Parkinson’s, and multiple sclerosis.
