For more than 35 years Crossroads Care Surrey has been the leading provider of respite breaks to unpaid Carers in Surrey. We currently support 2,000 Carers by providing professional Carer Support Workers to take over their caring responsibility. We aim to send the same Carer Support Worker to each visit, providing continuity of care and emotional support.
