Essex Youthbuild works with disadvantaged young people aged 14-19 from around Essex, providing employability and construction training. We work with these young people, who often don't fit comfortably with school life, to help them gain skills and qualifications so they can go on to college, apprenticeships and jobs, thereby improving their life chances and opportunities and diverting them from pathways of prolonged disadvantage and potential criminality.
