We are a Performing arts company teaching musical theatre, piano and freestyle dance to children with disabilities and additional needs in Harwich, Essex. We are providing a SEND friendly environment where children with additional needs can feel they belong within our community and where the children can put on shows and performances to the local community. We are run by volunteer staff and we hire people with and without performing arts experience who just want to make children with extra needs feel accepted and supported within our work space. Our main teachers are performing arts trained but we would be keen to hire people with experience in childcare, social care or with their own home life experience working with disabled.
