Established in 1984, Frinton & Walton Heritage Trust exists to consolidate historical knowledge of the local area and provide public access to the archives, artefacts and exhibits that tell the story of our community’s past. Since 1998, the Trust has restored and maintained the world’s oldest surviving motor lifeboat. Organisation is currently maintaining 2 museum buildings, collecting artefacts, striving to improve the local built environment, membership over 320 and increasing. Three newsletters per year, new heritage centre project.
