Isle of Wight Rare Breeds CIC exists to preserve and promote the conservation of traditional and heritage livestock breeds while using farming as a tool for education, wellbeing and community connection. We are a not-for-profit community interest company, reinvesting all income into our mission to benefit local people, wildlife and the Island’s rural heritage. Our work sits at the intersection of agriculture, education and social inclusion — using hands-on experiences with animals, food and nature to support learning, wellbeing and resilience within our community.
